Scouts and Youth Groups
Bring your youth group to the Minnesota History Center for hands-on learning and fun!
Youth groups will receive an introduction from museum staff and self-guided time in the exhibits. Upon request, a scavenger-hunt style guide to the exhibits will help kids engage with the displays in a fun and guided way. And be sure to schedule time in Grainland, where kids can climb, slide, and play while learning.
- Youth groups include scouts, daycares, before and after school programs, pre-schools, and other youth organizations.
- Youth group rates are $8 per person (children and adult chaperones) for groups of 10 or more. Regular admission rates apply for smaller groups. Discount coupons, Minnesota Historical Society memberships, and Sixth Grade Minnesota History Passes are not valid for youth groups.
- Brown bag lunchroom space is available during weekdays only.
Youth groups can also book a museum lesson for their group for an additional $2 per person.
Reservations
Tours must be booked two weeks in advance to receive group rate. Additions or group cancellations must be made at least two weeks before scheduled visit.
