Rathskeller Café
The restored German–themed Rathskeller Café in the basement of the Capitol is open only during the legislative session.
Hours (open during the legislative session only)
Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am–1:30 pm
Friday 7:00 am–1:00 pm
Lunch counter
A grab–and–go counter is available on the second floor during legislative floor sessions only.
Other dining options
- Vending machines near the café offer cold drinks and snacks.
- A cafeteria in the Centennial Office building is a short walk from the Capitol.
- Visitors are welcome to enjoy picnics on the Capitol lawn.
