Nicole Tuescher, JD

Vice President of People & Culture

Nicole Tuescher is an experienced human resources executive and in-house legal counsel. As the Vice President of People and Culture, Nicole provides leadership and direction to ensure that MNHS’s people resources are maximized and that MNHS maintains a strong, inclusive, and supportive work culture. 

Before coming to MNHS, Nicole worked as a Senior Attorney of Labor and Employment at Andersen Windows. She has led human resources departments at Edina Public Schools, South St. Paul, and the Anoka-Hennepin School District.

Nicole earned a BA from the University of St. Thomas, majoring in Social Studies and minoring in French and Secondary Education; a Juris Doctorate from Hamline University, School of Law; and a MA in Organizational Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota.
