Notes: Abraham Ledezma and Craig Picka each have over 16 years of experience in cultural resource management. Both received their M.S. in Applied Anthropology from Missouri State University and a B.A. in Anthropology, with an emphasis on Archaeology from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Abraham and Craig also meet the requirements for the Secretary of the Interior’s Guidelines for Professional Qualifications in Archaeology (48 FR 44739). They are also qualified to work in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, and Wisconsin.
