ELK RIVER, Minn (October 18, 2023) â Trick-or-treaters of all ages can experience a unique Halloween experience at theÂ Oliver Kelley Farm. Halloween on the Farm will feature hayrides, trick or treating on the historic 19th century farm, chicken jack oâ lantern carving, seasonal treats, and more.
