6th Grade Minnesota History Pass - Teacher Request Form

MNHS wants to support the good work you do at school by helping to connect your students with Minnesota history in their free time. Every Minnesota student in the sixth grade during the 2025-26 school year is eligible for the pass which grants FREE admission to our sites and museums statewide, now through August 2026. Request passes for your students on the form below.

2025-26 passes can be requested now, and will begin mailing September 1, 2025. Use the Parent Request Form to download a pass valid through August 31, 2026.
