Join our coffee chat lecture series and learn more about the iconic Round Tower at Fort Snelling. Built in 1820, it was originally designed as a final line of defense for soldiers in case of attack.
For over 200 years the Round Tower has stood witness to many eras of Minnesota history, which we will explore in this presentation. We will also discuss the many purposes the building has served throughout its existence, including time as a hair salon, a private residence and a museum.
