PETITION
Seek Release of Negro Convicted
of
Assault in Duluth.
The State Federation of Colored Women’s Club is circulating a
petition for the pardon of Max Mason, a Negro who is serving time in Stillwater
prison for an alleged assault on a white girl, which caused the Duluth riot and
Lynching of three Negroes.
