was returned and filed July 1, 1920.
Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. The defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is William Hughes and that A. E. McManus is his attorney. Defendant enters a plea of not guilty. Bail fixed at $15,000.00 Bond filed.
