PRESS DESPATCHES [sic] OF TODAY STATE THAT SPECIAL GRAND JURY AT DULUTH
ORDERED BY JUDGES ELEVENTH DISTRICT IS ASKED ESPECIALLY TO RETURN INDICTIMENTS AGAINST SEVERAL OF FOURTEEN NEGROES HELD FOR ASSAULT ON WHITE GIRL LAST MONDAY IF NEGROES ARE FOUND GUILTY AFTER IMPARTIAL HEARING THEY SHOULD BE INDICTED BUT IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO ARREST INDICT AND CONVICT LYNCHERS WHO BROKE NOT ONE LAW ALONE BUT FLOUTED ALL LAW WILL YOU
