MOTION

And now come R. C. McCullough and F. L. Barnett, attorneys for defendant in the above entitled cause and move that the time to serve and file printed brief in above entitled cause be extended to a term of Thirty (30) days from the date of the presentation of this motion, and that we further move that the ORIGINAL TYPEWRITTEN RECORD now on file be used for the presentation of defendant’s Appeal in the Supreme Court, submitting herewith, in support hereof, affidavit and stipulation.
