Indictment against defendant for the crime of Instigating a riot returned
and filed July 13, 1920.
Bench warrant entered and filed Bond filed Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. The defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Byer Olson and it is ordered that al future proceedings be continued under that name. Thomas J. Doyle, Esq. appears as attorney for defendant.
