No. vs. WARRANT OF COMMITMENT

Louis Dondino

The State of Minnesota


To the Sheriff of the County aforesaid, and to the Warden of the Minnesota State
Prison, in the City of Stillwater in said State:


Reference being hereby made to the papers hereto attached which are hereby made a part hereof,
Now Therefore, in the name of the State of Minnesota, These Presents are to command you, said Sheriff, to forthwith convey and deliver into the custody of said Warden the body of said defendant, Louis Dondino; and to command you, said
Warden, to receive the body of said defendant, Louis Dondino into your custody and keeping in said State Prison and to him therein safely keep until he shall have been thence discharged by due course of law, or by competent authority.

Witness the Honorable Bert Fesler, Judge of said District
Court, and the seal of said Court, at the City of Duluth,
in said county and State, this 9th day of
