DULUTH, MINN., Feb 21 1922

Mr. F. A. Whittier

State Agent
Stillwater, Minn.

Dear Sir.
In regards to one Louis Dondino an inmate.
Would say I have known Louis for a number of years and have known him to be steady, honest and his general habits are good. To my knowledge he has never been in trouble before, always a hard working man good to his family and to all he knew. In this scrape it was due to excitement not from the heart as are most cases.
I would like to see Louis paroled, as I know he would make good.
Yours Very truly
J. W. Allen
Jailor St. Louis Co.
