June 23rd 1922

Mr Louis Dondino,
2604 W 3rd St

Duluth, Minnesota

Dear Sir:-

Answering your inquiry in your monthly report as to whether or not you could go to Wisconsin on a moving job will say that while the rules do not permit you to cross the state line, should your business take you there for a short time there would be no difficulty about it.
You are therefore at liberty to go there for short trips but return immediately.

Yours very truly

State Parole Agent
