Indictments against defendant for the crime of Instigating a Riot returned and filed July 13, 1920.

Defendant Richard Johnson being present in court and duly arraigned. Defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Louis Dondino and that E. J. Kenny is his counsel.
Defendant enters a plea of not guilty.
Defendant withdraws plea of not guilty and enters demurer [?] indictment
Defendant overruled
Defendant enters a plea of not guilty
Jury empanelled and sworn
Verdict of guilty returned and filed

Defendant before the court for sentence previous to which he was sworn and interrogated as to his business and trade and sentenced as follows:
It is the judgment and sentence of the court that you, Louis Dondino, as punishment for the crime of Riot of which you have been duly convicted, be taken by the Sheriff of this county to the Minnesota State Prison at Stillwater in this state and there confined, at hard labor, subject to the laws of this state.
