Defendant waives statutory time to plead and enters a plea that he is not guilty of the crime charged in the indictment. Defendant informs the court that E. J. Kenny is his counsel. Bail fixed at $15,000.00 Dismissed on motion of First Assistant County Attorney Mason M. Forbes on the ground and for the reason that the defendant is serving time on another charge. Costs taxed at $3.95. |
