Indictment against defendant for the crime of Instigating a Riot returned and filed July 13, 1920

Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. The defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Leonard Gustav Hedman. Ordered all future proceedings be under that name.
Messrs. Fryberger, Fulton, Hoshoer and Quince appear as counsel for defendant.
Defendant enters a plea of not guilty.
