Indictment against defendant for the crime of Abandonment of Child returned and filed Bench Warrant returned and filed
Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. The indictment was read to him and he was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Joseph Klemenich and that he has no means to employ counsel. Whereupon the court appointed W. H. Wilson, Esq. attorney for the defendant.
Continued for plea
Sheriff’s return on release filed
Defendant present in court and withdraws his former plea and enters a plea of guilty to the indictment against him. The defendant before the court for sentence was duly sworn and interrogated as required by law.
Defendant ordered released on his own recognizance until November 28th 1921
Certificate of discharge issued and delivered to the Sheriff.
Order of Dismissal filed
Costs taxed at $50.69
