Defendant Richard Johnson being present in court and duly arraigned. Defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Gilbert Henry Stephenson.

It is the judgment and sentence of the court that you, Gilbert Henry Stephenson, as punishment for the crime of Riot of which you have been duly convicted, be taken by the Sheriff of this county to the Minnesota State Prison at Stillwater in this state and there confined subject to the laws of this state.
