Indictments against defendant for the crime of Murder in the First Degree returned and filed July 19, 1920.

Defendant Jack Robinson present in court and duly arraigned. Defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Gilbert Henry Stephenson.
Ordered all future proceedings against defendant be continued under that name.
Harry E. Weinberg, Esq. appears as counsel for the defendant.
Defendant enters a plea of not guilty.
Bail fixed at $15,000.00
