Indictments against defendant for the crime of Murder in the First Degree
returned and filed July 19, 1920.
Bench Warrants filed Defendant Jack Robinson present in court and duly arraigned. Defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Gilbert Henry Stephenson. Ordered all future proceedings against defendant be continued under that name. Harry E. Weinberg, Esq. appears as counsel for the defendant. Defendant enters a plea of not guilty. Bail fixed at $15,000.00 Dismissed on motion of First Assistant County Attorney Mason M. Forbes on the ground and for the reason that the defendant is serving time on another charge. Costs taxed at $4.75 |
