THE STATE OF MINNESOTA.
vs. ELEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
John Doe, whose real name is unknown, Richard Roe, whose real name is unknown, Jack Robinson, whose real name is unknown

John Doe, whose real name is unknown, Richard Roe, whose real name is unknown, Jack Robinson, whose real name is unknown are
ACCUSED by the Grand Jury of the County of St. Louis, Minnesota, by this indictment of the crime of Murder in the First Degree,
to-wit:
Committed as follows: The said John Doe, whose real name is unknown, Richard Roe, whose real name is unknown, Jack Robinson, whose real name is unknown, on the fifteenth day of June, A.D. 1920, at the City of Duluth, in the County of St. Louis and State of Minnesota, with a premeditated design to effect the death of one Isaac McGhie, a human being, did wrongfully, unlawfully, willfully and feloniously kill the said Isaac McGhie by then and there strangling the said Isaac McGhie with a rope, which said killing of him, the said Isaac McGhie, by him the said John Doe, whose real name is unknown, Richard Roe, whose real name is unknown, Jack Robinson, whose real name is unknown, was then and there without excuse, justification or authority of law.
