COMMITMENT
Gilbert Henry Stephenson

The State of Minnesota
To the Sheriff of the County aforesaid, and to the Warden of the
Minnesota State
Prison, in the City of Stillwater in said
State:
Reference being hereby made to the papers hereto attached
which are hereby made a part hereof,
Now Therefore, in the name of the State
of Minnesota, These Presents are to command you, said Sheriff, to forthwith
convey and deliver into the custody of said Warden the body of said defendant,
Gilbert Henry Stephenson; and to command you, said Warden, to receive the
body of said defendant, Gilbert Henry Stephenson into your custody and
keeping in said State Prison and to him therein safely keep until he shall have
been thence discharged by due course of law, or by competent authority.

Court, and the seal of said Court, at the City of Duluth,
