Convicted of Riot which was in connection with the lynching of two negroes at Duluth, Minn. These negroes were alleged to have assaulted a white girl and were placed in jail. A mob formed and the negroes were taken from the jail and lynched.

Second grade.
Conduct and disposition uniformly good.
