The above named defendant before the Court for sentence, and being first duly sworn was interrogated as required by law and sentenced as follows:
It is the Judgment and sentence of the Court that you, Gilbert Henry Stephenson as punishment for the crime of Riot, of which you have been duly convicted, be taken by the Sheriff of this County to the Minnesota State Prison at Stillwater in this State, and there confined subject to the laws of this State.
