August 12, 1920 – Defendant Richard Johnson, being present in court is duly arraigned.
Defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof.
Defendant informs the court that his true name is Gilbert Henry Stephenson.
Ordered all future proceedings be continued under that name.
