Mr. Gilbert H. Stephenson
313 West 2nd Street
Duluth, Minnesota.

Dear Sir:-

At a meeting of the State Board of Parole held here to-day, your final discharge from parole was authorized. We are enclosing herewith a receipt for $25.00 which is the amount of your discharge allowance. After you have signed and returned this paper to us, we will forward a bank draft for that amount.
