Duluth, Minnesota.

Sir:
Application has been made to the Board of Pardons in behalf of Gilbert Henry Stephenson who was convicted in St. Louis county on January 22, 1921, and sentenced to the State Prison for an indeterminate sentence. This application will com up before the Board for hearing on Friday, July 8th.
The Board would very much appreciate such recommendation as you may wish to make, together with any facts surrounding this case.
