Duluth Hospital,
West Duluth, Minnesota.

Dear Sir:
Acknowledge is made of your letter of the 28th with reference to the case of Gilbert H. Stephenson, now an inmate of the Minnesota State Prison.

At the present time, Mr. Stephenson has no application before the Board of Pardons, but should he file one, your letter will be presented with the same for the consideration of the Board.
