Indictment against defendant for the crime of Instigating a riot returned and filed July 13, 1920.

Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. The defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is George Edward Morgan and it is ordered that all future proceedings against the above named defendant be continued under the name of George Edward Morgan.
W. J. Fisher, Esq. appears as attorney for defendant.
Defendant enters a plea of not guilty.
Bail fixed at $5,000
Bond filed.
Return of Sheriff filed.
On motion of County Attorney Warren E. Greene, it is ordered that the bond in this action be released and all sureties thereon released fro further liability.
Order of dismissal filed in case 5965.
