Indictment against defendant for the crime of Murder in the First Degree was returned and filed June 29, 1920.

Sheriff return on discharge filed
Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. The defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Elmer Julius Johnson. It is ordered all future proceedings against defendant be under the name of Elmer Julius Johnson. Defendant informs the court that Fryberber, Fulton and Hosheur, Esq. are his attorneys.
Defendant waived statutory time to plead and enters a plea that he is not guilty.
Bail fixed in the sum of $15,000.00
Subpoena returned and filed.
Order of dismissal and order releasing bond and sureties filed in case 5965.
