Indictment against defendant for the crime of Riot returned and filed July 19, 1920 To 2 Certified copy Indictment and recording Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. Defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Edward Duane Goneau. Ordered all future proceedings be continued under that name. T. J. Doyle, Esq. appears as counsel for defendant Defendant enters a plea of not guilty Bond filed Return on discharge filed Dismissed on motion of M. M. Forbes, 1st Assistant County Attorney on the ground and for the reason that defendant has pleaded guilty and sentenced to the State Reformatory for another crime. Ordered Bond released and bondmen discharged from future liability therein. |
