No. vs. WARRANT OF COMMITMENT

Carl John Alfred Hammerberg

The State of Minnesota


To the Sheriff of the County aforesaid, and to the Superintendent of the Minnesota State
Reformatory, in the City of St. Cloud in said State:


Reference being hereby made to the papers hereto attached which are hereby made a part hereof, Now Therefore, in the name of the State of Minnesota, These Presents are to command you, said Sheriff, to forthwith convey and deliver into the custody of said Superintendent the body of said defendant, Carl John Alfred Hammerberg; and to command you, said Superintendant, to receive the body of said defendant, Carl John Alfred Hammerberg into your custody and keeping in said Reformatory and to him therein, safely keep until he shall have been thence discharged by due course of law, or by competent authority.

Witness the Honorable Wm. A. Cant, Judge of said District
Court, and the seal of said Court, at the City of Duluth,
in said county and State, this 5th day of
A. D. January 1921
