Court convened at 11:45 o’clock A.M.

STATE OF MINNESOTA
VS
Carl John Alfred Hammerberg

The above named defendant before the Court for Sentence, O. J. Larson, Esq. appearing on behalf of the Defendant, Warren E. Greene, Esq. County Attorney appearing of behalf of the state.
Thereupon the defendant was brought before the Court, and being first duly sworn was interrogated as required by law and sentenced as follows:
It is the Judgment and sentence of the Court that you, Carl John Alfred Hammerberg, as punishment for the crime of instigating a riot, of which you have been duly convicted, be taken by the Sheriff of this County to the Minnesota State Reformatory at St. Cloud in this state, and that you be there confined subject to the rules and regulations ofthat institution and the laws of this state.
