Minnesota State Reformatory,

St. Cloud, Minn,

Gentlemen:
Replying to your inquiry, I have known Carl Hammerberg about two years, and have been in his company occasionally during that period, to the theatre, and he has also accompanied me to church. He has always conducted

himself in a perfectly gentlemanly manner, when with me, and not at all erratic.
On the contrary his disposition seems to me of a decidedly peacable and agreeable nature, I have never known him to be otherwise.

Yours very truly,
Esther Larson
