5148-Hammerberg

July 28, 1922

Mr. Carl J. Hammerberg,
Lakewood, Minnesota.

Dear Sir:
Please find enclosed your report for July. You show that you received fifteen dollars ($15.00) from the Reformatory, that you spent six dollars and sixty one cents ($6.61), and have thirteen dollars seventy two cents ($13.72) in the bank.
Did you receive any wages? If so answer question 5. It seems to me you should only have eight dollars and thirty nine cents ($8.39) on hand.
Correct this report and send it to me at once.

Very truly yours,

dhk-ak Parole Agent State Reformatory
