Mr. N. A. Talafous,
Radford & Wright, Co.,
Duluth, Minn.

Dear Mr. Talafous:

I have received your note in connection with your report on our Hammerberg. I am wondering whether you have possibly made a mistake in recalling me. I have never been in New Prague or its vicinity, although living in this state almost all my life. My home was for many years in Little Falls. It is possible that you have mistaken me in name as is sometimes done, as that of Bohemian decent. However, I shall be glad to meet you at any time when in this neighborhood, since I have many good friends of that nationality.

Sincerely yours,

cev*er Superintendent.
