STATE OF MINNESOTA,

AGAINST

Carl John Alfred Hammerberg, indicted
under the name of John Hammerberg, Defendant,


We, the Jury in the above entitled action, find the Defendant Guilty of the crime of riot as charged in the indictment, and we fined that he is so guilty under and within the provisions of subdivision 1 of section 8794, General Statutes of Minnesota, 1913.
