Court convened at 1:40 o’clock P.M.
Officers present: Hon. Wm. A. Cant, Judge presiding.

JOHN HAMMERBERG
Defendant present in Court and duly arraigned, defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof, defendant informs the Court that his true name is John Carl Alfred Hammerberg, and it is ordered that all future proceeding against the above named defendant be continued under the name of John Carl Alfred Hammerberg. O. J. Larson, Esq. appears as Attorney for defendant.
Defendant enters a plea of not guilty
