MINNESOTA STATE REFORMATORY


St. Cloud, Minn. Jan. 10th 19 21
I, Carl J. A. Hammerberg , hereby authorize and empower CHAS. E. VASALY, Superintendent of the Minnesota State Reformatory, or any person acting under his direction, to receive, open and read all letters or other mail matter addressed to me while I am an inmate of said institution and to with-hold or return to sender all that may be deemed improper according to the rules and regulations governing said institution.
