Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. Defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Arthur Edward Pelcher. Ordered all future proceedings against the said defendant be had under the name of Arthur Edward Pelcher.
