Indictment against defendant for the crime of Murder in the First Degree
was returned and filed June 29, 1920.
Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. Defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Arthur Howard Mattson.
